CLIENT: GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms in the UK. Their Youth program, BigDeal is a place for young people to get information, advice and guidance about gambling.

PROJECT DETAILS: BigDeal tasked me and my team to come up with a "digital product" that would appeal to young people. Users must feel comfortable using and recommending the product.
We focused on young people directly affected by gambling and young people with family or friends affected by gambling.
Users want to avoid direct reference to problem gambling and they don’t want a lesson-type experience.

We created a 360 fully interactive experience from scratch also usable on VR devices where users can explore a new world and learn at the same time via games, exercises, quizzes and videos.
